What is “Plan Your Visit”?
Plan Your Visit is a form that allows us to know when new or out-of-town guests are coming to Forward Christian Center! Our heart is to make visitors feel welcome and at home as they experience what God is doing here.
When you fill out the form below, a friendly host will be ready to greet you when you arrive at our campus, show you around, and make sure you have a place to sit. If you’re bringing children, this form also lets you pre-register them for children’s ministry—making your check-in experience quicker and easier!
How can I get more connected at Forward Christian Center before or after the service?

Is children's ministry available?
Yes! Forward Kids is a place where your kids can have fun, grow, and discover just how much God loves them with bible lessons taught on their level of understanding.
